Don’t Panic

working title, "Don’t Panic”

It is based on a mental health theme. In life you have many moving pieces and having a stable or wellness mindset means having all these moving pieces in control by being mindful of them. You can do this by meditation or slowing down your brain enough to be present at the moment.

Everything is moving and in chaos, but it doesn’t mean you have to be moving too. Do not panic, gain balance then continue moving at your own pace.

The piece has influence from the Vitruvian man's artwork with an African and tech twist. It touches on our lives spiritual, conscious, and subconscious aspects.

It was created using an iPad tablet and the software was @clipstudiopaint and @procreate.

Here I was exploring balance and what is seen vs. what is not seen. Touching on how to depict the conscious and subconsious.

This was the winning sketch. I used concentric circles emanating from the head to achieve balance in the illustration.
